Vest with High waisted shorts also the pain...

The vest is going to be paired with the high waisted shorts and the blazer/jacket on top. I also changed the shorts to be more fluted in the shape and I'm considering to make the shorts even more high waisted. Today I've been working on the blazer/jacket which is a pain, why?! Lining! my worst nightmare has once again come alive! (going to ask for help on Tuesday)
